I wanted something to clear up the age spots that were just starting to creep up on my face. I really didn't want to go the laser route, I didn't think that I needed something that drastic. I really like Microdermabrasion so far. The after effects aren't that bad, just a little bit of redness, I can handle that, and my skin is smoother. I am starting to see the spots go away but I think that it will take more sessions to achieve what I want.

My biggest insecurity is the acne on my face. I am 21 years old and have new breakouts every day. I have tried many different over the counter acne treatments and a few prescription washes. Most work great for a few weeks, but I haven't found anything that I can stick with. I have cystic acne, many white heads and black heads, and am developing acne scars. I tried the microdermabrasion at a local salon and LOVED it. It was the best treatment for me. My skin was smooth and clear after the first treatment. I paid around 80 dollars a treatment, which is very pricey for me! I was only able to do three treatments because it was so expensive. I would definitely continue with the treatments if I could afford it. Microdermabrasion dramatically cleared my face. My face looked great! Since I had such great results, I am contemplating on buying myself a home treatment system. I would definitely reccommend this treatment to anyone who greatly lacks the confidence that I did because of problemed skin!

I have pretty bad acne scars and wanted them treated before my wedding. My fiance goes to a medical spa for botox and said microdermabrasion is fairly priced. So I went and had it done. It was a quick procedure and wasn't too expensive. All in all a good experience but my scarring is still pretty visible. Its not miracle cure.

I had some age spots on my face that I really didn't like, they made me look so old, and I could not cover them with make up. I looked into a couple of different treatment options but thought that I would start with something less expensive first to see if it would work, and it did. Microderm has definitely helped reduce the appearance of the age spots on my face, enough so that now I can cover them with make up. I am really happy and will do this again.
